Symmetry owners Jason Pool and Dave Osborn, along with Executive Chef Glenn Scott, are passionate about steak. With a long history in fine dining steakhouses, the trio continue their tradition of serving mouthwatering cuts of prime and dry-aged beef to their guests at Symmetry.
Chef Glenn brings 22 years of experience to the Symmetry kitchen, making this a truly chef-driven steakhouse. He counts French, Korean, Indian, Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, and German cuisines among his influences. At Symmetry, Chef Glenn puts his signature twist on menu offerings like sea bass, rack of lamb, and black truffle scallop risotto.
