Chef Glenn brings 22 years of experience to the Symmetry kitchen, making this a truly chef-driven steakhouse. He counts French, Korean, Indian, Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, and German cuisines among his influences. At Symmetry, Chef Glenn puts his signature twist on menu offerings like sea bass, rack of lamb, and black truffle scallop risotto.
